One meeting included:
Document Review Meeting- we read through the draft documents that we have sent to you to ensure that you understand them, record your agreement to them and capacity, and make changes if required.
A note on organising signing yourself:
If you select this package the documents will be emailed to you to sign locally, using witnesses that you have organised yourself. Enduring Power of Attorney documents require one witness to be qualified, and this is different from State to State. The list of qualified witnesses in each State is here:

Our Process:
Documents for you each include:
Will;
Enduring Power of Attorney- Financial;
Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker (known as Enduring Guardianship in NSW);
Letter of Wishes (template with guidance).
We work with clients in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland.
$1,750 (incl. GST)
This price includes the cost of the course and is invoiced at different stages, refer to our Cost Agreement below for more details.
A note on Testamentary Trusts:
This package does not allow for the inclusion of a Testamentary Trust. It is our preference to meet at least twice with all clients who intend to include a Testamentary Trust in their Will, and so they can only be included in the “Done with You” and “Done with You + Signing” packages.
