Market Research Survey: for adults living with a disability or chronic illness regarding estate plans they may inherit or benefit from (e.g. most often your parents, or other family members).

I am passionate about helping families with their estate planning.  Never is estate planning more important than for my clients who have a child, or children with a disability or chronic illness.

I have worked with many families in these circumstances, and I am passionate about ensuring that the final strategy and documents include and empower the family member with a disability or illness who will be affected by the plans we make in these documents (to the maximum extent that is appropriate in the circumstances).

If you are a person living with a disability or chronic illness and
* reasonably expect to be included in someone’s estate plan; and
* have a point of view that you think is important for the professionals to know,
I would love to learn more about your thoughts on this, so that I can design some great resources for you and be an ally to those living with a disability.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR FEED BACK!

I really appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback and help me keep improving the estate planning experience and outcomes for those living with a disability.
