I am passionate about helping families with their estate planning. Never is estate planning more important than for my clients who have a child, or children with a disability or chronic illness.

I have worked with many families in these circumstances, and I am passionate about ensuring that the final strategy and documents include and empower the family member with a disability or illness who will be affected by the plans we make in these documents (to the maximum extent that is appropriate in the circumstances).

When thinking about the key people in your life becoming incapacitated or dying, what are your biggest questions and concerns? What would you want to know to be more informed about what that would mean for you?

What resources would be helpful for us to create? Either for you as the person living with a disability, or the people including you in their will?

If appropriate (depending on all of the circumstances) how could we involve you in the estate planning process? E.g. provide you with a summary of key documents, strategy and people. Consulting with you at the strategy phase about some key decisions regarding the inheritance you may be left. What else?
