I am passionate about helping families with their estate planning. Never is estate planning more important than for my clients who have a child, or children with a disability or chronic illness.

I would love to learn more about your thoughts on this, so that I can design some great resources for you and be a disability ally to those living with a disability by empowering the key decision makers to involve them in the process (to the extent that is appropriate for the broader circumstances and nature of the disability).

If appropriate (depending on your child / children's disabilty and own cognition and capacity) how could we involve your child / children in the estate planning process? E.g. provide them with a summary of key documents, strategy and people. Consulting them at the strategy phase about what they would like to happen if something happened to you, etc.
