Creating certainty for our clients through legally robust estate planning documents is our priority at HHEP.
Unfortunately in Australia we don’t have uniform legislation governing wills, trusts and powers of attorney between the States. Some of the difference from State to State are BIG!
We attend weekly professional development training and dedicate all of our professional learning to our estate planning niche, but we still wouldn’t feel comfortable as one person (Lucy) attempting to know the estate planning laws and practice in 8 x different States and Territories.
Our JAM is helping people in Victoria, NSW, and QLD. We will always refer anyone else one, even though we would love to help!
We do however have a really close professional relationship with lots of estate planning lawyer across the country. And we have collated a list of our estate planning friends who practice in the states that we don’t to help you find the right lawyer.
Everyone on this list is someone that we have referred at least one enquiry / cilent to before.
